Game Day Oven-Roasted Chicken Wings
adapted from Deliciously Organic by Carrie Vitt 4-5 pounds chicken wings 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1 cup whole cane sugar or Sucanat 1/2 cup red wine 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 2 tesapoons Dijon mustard 4-6 tablespoons hot sauce (depending on taste preference) 2 teaspoons sea salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Preheat oven to 350° F.
