Car troubles are the worst. I hope you get it fixed (we recently got our car back after $500 in repairs and it was Not. Fixed. I can only hope this doesn’t happen to you).

I’m sorry that your car is messed up, but LOL at your husband as MacGyver. That cracked me up. At least he doesn’t have a mullet though!

Chicken Kiev from scratch! I hope you’ll post the results. I struggle with stuffed things; my filling always ends up all over. I’m afraid mine would end up chicken breasts sitting in an herb butter sea.
