I use corn tortillas, Monterey jack cheese, shredded cabbage and a little hot sauce. Warm the corn tortillas with a slice of cheese down the middle. Add the meat on top of the cheese, then the cabbage and then a dash of hot sauce. Delicious!! One of favorite things to eat. We love corned beef tacos with our leftover corned beef.
