		<description>Instead of water, i&#039;ve used veggie broth and added diced zucchini.  This soup also turns out to be a great sauce for chicken parmesan the next day. Thanks so much for the post.    sorry about the previous post, my daughter (15months old) hit submit before i could finish :-)</description>
