You know I always wondered if I was allergic to artichokes but after reading this recipe….I don’t care! Plan on trying it for guests this weekend. I love the aioli served inside the artichoke ramekin.

I am so happy you have this on your site because I have been fiddling with grilled artichokes for a week now and still no luck. First I ripped out all the leaves and tried to grill just the hearts, today I am grilling the canned hearts to try to get the flavor I want, and hopefully no brown fingers for a week… Now I know… I need to boil them first… I’m a dum dum… or polish… meaning not italian
