		<description>I am so happy you have this on your site because I have been fiddling with grilled artichokes for a week now and still no luck.  First I ripped out all the leaves and tried to grill just the hearts, today I am grilling the canned hearts to try to get the flavor I want, and hopefully no brown fingers for a week... Now I know... I need to boil them first... I&#039;m a dum dum... or polish... meaning not italian ;)</description>
