		<description>I thaw them first in the fridge the day I&#039;m going to make them for more even heating.  You could thaw in the microwave or on a low heat in the oven for a while too.  Just put the pan in as the oven is preheating and bring it up to your lowest oven setting.  (Mine is 170.)  Then leave it in for a few minutes until they start to soften up.</description>
