Oh my gosh Shaina.....I made this pumpkin bread yesterday!

Well...back up...I have sweet potatoes from fall harvest that I am trying to use up. Last week I made sweet potato bagels. This week I made your streusel topped pumpkin bread only I substituted sweet potatoes. My husband, daughter and I are going crazy over this wonderful bread. I even ran out of white flour and substituted half of it with white whole wheat. I have a MN Herb Society meeting later this month so I stuck a bunch of it in my freezer....I know the ladies are going to love it!
