1 pound 85/15 ground beef
6-8 mini hamburger buns or dinner rolls

Fixings of choice
Divide beef and pat out six to eight burger patties, slightly larger than the size of the bun. With your grill set to medium, around 400 degrees, grill for 2 minutes on the first side. Flip burgers, top with cheese and grill for two more minutes.
Makes 6 mini burgers.
