1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon turmeric
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons fennel seeds
2 teaspoons white pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon mace
Mix together all spices. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
Makes 7 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
